Closed Jar
Sealed glass with a stable humid climate — ideal first ecosystem.
A closed jar recycles moisture. Condensation on the glass is normal; persistent fog may mean you watered too much. Perfect for moss, fittonia, and springtails.
When to choose
Choose this when you want a low-watering tropical starter and can accept limited access for pruning.
Ventilation notes
Burp the lid for 10–30 minutes if glass stays opaque for days. Daily light fog that clears is usually fine.
